Our Stovall’s Inn is just a short walk via Disneyland Drive to the Downtown Disney® entrance!
Check In / Out
Check in / Check out times?
Check in starts at 4pm daily. Check out time is 11am.
Do you offer an early check in option?
Yes we do! This is based on availability and a fee may apply.
Do you offer a late check out option?
Yes we do! This is based on availability. Please check with the front desk for options. A fee may apply.
Is there an age requirement to stay at your hotel?
In the State of California there is no minimum age requirement to stay at a hotel. We do require valid I.D and a credit card to check in.
Is a credit card required to check in?
Yes a credit card must be presented at check in along with Gov’t issued photo I.D.
What is the latest time I can check in?
All Reservations are guaranteed for a late check in. If you plan on checking in after midnight please contact the hotel prior to advise.
Parking
Is there a parking fee at the hotel?
Yes, the daily parking fee is $25.00 with in/out privileges. 1 car per room.
Can I park prior to check in?
Yes, you can park starting at 1pm the day of your arrival. For arrival times prior to 1pm please call the hotel.
Can I leave my car in the parking lot after I check out?
Yes, you may leave your vehicle up to 3pm on your day of departure. Need more time – contact the hotel.
Shuttle Service
Do you have a shuttle to the theme parks?
Yes we do! The shuttle is a flat fee of $15 for up to 8 people. Information is available at the front desk.
Guest Services
Do you have Room Service?
Yes we offer room service / room delivery from Finney’s Crafthouse , a brand new restaurant adjacent to our hotel. Finney’s offers amazing sandwiches, pizzas, salads and much more!
Do you have a guest laundry area?
Yes we do! Our self serve laundry area is open daily 9am – 10pm.
Washers and dryers are $4.00 each. Laundry soap is also available for purchase.
What is available in your front lobby area?
We have a free 24hr coffee station – free to all guests.
We have a guest computer available to print your boarding passes and more
There is a 24hr Grab, Scan & Go area – offering snacks, drinks, toiletries and even Disney® merchandise for purchase.
Our lobby area is open 24 hours a day. There will also be someone to assist you.
Do you have a Swimming Pool?
Yes we have 2 large pools, 2 hot tubs, a child’s splash pool, cabanas and more!
We also offer Poolside food service from Finney’s Crafthouse, our adjacent restaurant.
Do you have a fitness center?
Yes, we have a state of the art fitness center located adjacent to our pool area.
Luggage storage / packages delivered
Can you hold my luggage before check in and after check out?
Yes we can hold you luggage in a secure area free of charge.
Can I have packages / food delivered?
Yes, but all food must be non -perishable, unless delivered when you are at the hotel. Please make sure all deliveries have the same name as the registered guest of the hotel.
Breakfast
Do you have a free breakfast?
Yes we do. Our breakfast is a buffet style with many various hot items, cereals, pastries and much more.
Breakfast is served daily 6am -9am, and is located behind our lobby area. Outside seating is also available.
Disneyland® theme park tickets
Do you sell Disneyland® Resort Hopper Tickets?
Yes we do. Our hotel is certified as a Disneyland® Good Neighbor Hotel and we do sell Disneyland® Resort Hopper Tickets on this website.
Do you still need to make a park reservation?
